Fox Ridge Farms, LLC is a new family run business in Monroe County dedicated to purchasing and renting homes to people with I/DD for Shared Living. The first home has been purchased and is under renovation. It is expected to be ready for move-in before the end of 2025. Two housemates have been identified and the search continues for a 3rd housemate. The two housemates are young men in their 20's with an Autism diagnosis.

Home in Penfield that will be shared by 3 individuals who require 24/7 supervision. A Live-In Caregiver has been identified and will reside in an attached apartment. Staff will be shared among housemates and if budgets allow, there will be 2 staff on duty afternoons, evenings and weekends. Family presence and involvement are required, and families will run the household together.
